Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No. VT Apparel has no minimum order quantity — we’ll print from a single piece, which makes us a fit for small teams and one-off event orders, not just large bulk runs.
How long does it take to get uniforms printed?
Quotes, samples and reorders are all handled locally in Singapore, which keeps turnaround fast compared to suppliers printing overseas. Exact timelines depend on garment, quantity and printing method — tell us your order on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm a delivery date upfront.
What printing methods does VT Apparel offer?
Silkscreen printing, heat transfer, and embroidery. We’ll recommend the right method based on your design, garment fabric and budget.
How much does a custom uniform cost?
Cost depends on the garment, quantity and printing method. After you send your specs, we prepare a clear, itemised quote with no hidden costs.
Where do your garments come from?
We source blanks from a range of trusted garment suppliers rather than being tied to a single vendor, which keeps our product range, pricing and availability flexible.
What are the payment terms?
Orders of S$100 and below are paid in full upfront. Orders above S$100 require a 50% deposit to start production, with the remaining 50% collected before delivery.
I don’t have a logo or design ready — can you help?
Yes. If you don’t have artwork ready, let us know on WhatsApp and we can help put a design together before your order moves into production.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, PNG and JPG files. For JPG and PNG files, please save them at high resolution (300 DPI) at actual print size for the best results. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are always preferred for logos and sharp graphics.
Do you deliver, or can I self-collect?
We deliver all orders. If self-collection is needed, please check with our team on WhatsApp to arrange it.
What types of uniforms and workwear do you print?
Polos and tees, workwear and safety apparel (uniform shirts, safety vests, aprons, work jackets, coveralls, food factory sets), and healthcare scrubs.
How long has VT Apparel been in business?
VT Apparel’s roots go back to 2016, starting in fabric-to-garment manufacturing and apparel wholesale and retail, before expanding into dedicated uniform and workwear printing for Singapore SMEs.
Do you work with businesses outside Singapore?
VT Apparel is based in and currently serves businesses across Singapore.
